Aston Villa are 14th in the Premier League table, 4 points above the relegation zone. Geoff Cameron and Stoke City shutout Newcastle United 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium. Erik Pieters scored the game winner in the 42nd minute. Stoke City are 10th in the Premier League table.
