The 2017-18 Premier League begins on the Friday soccer TV schedule. Arsenal plays Leicester City at the Emirates Stadium. There are also games from France's Ligue 1 and Liga MX.
Arsenal vs Leicester City at 2:45pm on NBCSN. It's the return of games that count for Premier League clubs, bringing to an end a friendly schedule that seems to get longer every summer. For Arsenal, it's the same questions concerning a club that does enough to stay in contention but has a hard time convincing anybody they can mount a title challenge. They certainly started the right way, beating Chelsea for the Community Shield. For Leicester City, the 2017-18 Premier League season is a chance to show that they're somewhere in between last season's 12th-place finish and 2015-16's title win. They're also looking for their first Premier League win over Arsenal.
“The quality of their players, their fan base and the money that they can spend, they’ve always been dangerous,” Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare said. “They’re the FA Cup winners and Community Shield winners and they’ve got tremendous strength in depth so they’ll always be up there. They've made good additions to the quality they already have there."
