The FA Cup Third Round continues on FS1 and FS2 on the weekend soccer TV schedule. That competition brings us our highlight game with Manchester City hosting Burnley. La Liga returns to the soccer TV schedule with several option from beIN Sport and beIN Espanol. Also on the schedule are games from Serie A and the opening weekend of the 2018 Liga MX Clausura season.
Manchester City vs Burnley in the Third Round of the 2017-18 FA Cup on FS1 at 10am on Saturday. This is the round where teams from the Premier League and the Championship enter the competition. Manchester City is top of the Premier League table, seeing their 18-game winning streak come to an end against Crystal Palace. Burnley is 7th in the Premier League, losing 2-1 at home to Liverpool in their last game.
"The schedule is what it is," Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said. "What I said after the last game against Watford, it was not about Christmas time or Boxing Day. I like that. [But] all the doctors and physios around the world say you cannot recover after 48 hours, in such a demanding competition. All managers give our opinion about many issues. We are going to play tomorrow and if the schedule says you have to play every two days, we are going to play."
