Acting Executive Director/General Counsel
A partner at the Washington, DC law firm Williams & Connolly, LLP, Mark has worked with the Players Association since it was founded and recognized as the labor union representing all members of the United States National Soccer Team in 1996. Mark has represented athletes and players associations across sports, as well as teams, leagues, coaches, and other organizations and businesses involved in the sports industry since 1983 and has been teaching sports law, including antitrust and sports labor issues, for more than thirty-five years. He also founded and serves as the chairman of the board for the charitable organization Athletes For Hope.
A member of the Internetsoccer writing staff for several years, J has been writing for USSoccerPlayers.com since August 2002. J is the general manager of the USNSTPA.
Charles Boehm is a Washington, DC-based writer and editor who has covered all levels of the American soccer scene since 2004.
