The 2019 Gold Cup ended at Chicago's Soldier Field on Sunday with Mexico lifting the trophy in a 1-0 win over the USMNT. Jonathan dos Santos scored the game's only goal in the 73rd minute with Guillermo Ochoa keeping the clean sheet. The USMNT posted a shutout in their second Gold Cup group D game, beating Trinidad and Tobago 6-0 in Cleveland. The USA took a 1-0 lead into the half courtesy of a 41st minute goal from Aaron Long.
